Brewing Guide
Rose Black is an easy tea to brew. Done correctly, the tea should be sweet and light.
Use 3.5 grams of tea with water at 205 degrees. Rinse the tea for 1 second, then steep for 1 minute. Steep the second infusion for 1 minute, gradually increasing steep time for subsequent infusions.
