Hand-gathered in November at 1600 meters above sea level, our winter harvest of Alishan comes from a garden that has provided us with tea for the past seven years. This year’s winter harvest was characterized by a milder onset of cool weather, resulting in a less vegetal version of this classic tea. Alishan, Winter is floral and crisp, with a smooth texture and persistent finish.
