Over fifty white tea buds enclose an inner red clover. Each blossom is then scented over the course of six nights with summer Jasmine. Once steeped in water, the individual buds open to form the petals of an underwater daisy with a red chrysanthemum at its center.
Blossoming teas are sold by weight. Two ounces includes 5-8 blossoms. Four ounces includes 10-16 blossoms.

Brewing Guide
Use a single blossom for a 12 to 16 ounce teapot or cup. Pre-warm the vessel and steep at 205 F until the blossom fully opens.
